Nag Tibba is a great destination for trek enthusiasts. If you are someone who loves adventures in the mountains then this is the perfect trek for you. It is located in the Jaunsar Bawar range of the Uttarakhand Himalayas.

 

The Nag Tibba trip offers the best tranquility and thrilling trekking paths through dense jungles and meadows, making it a wonderful treat for adventure enthusiasts from all over the world. You will see stunning landscapes, verdant mountains, and thick forests during the Nag Tibba hiking, which will captivate your heart with its beauty.

 

The Nag Tibba walk begins at the village of Pantwari, the place is surrounded by a number of adorable small towns, including Bandsari, Kori, and others. Visitors can enjoy a range of enthralling experiences on the hike, such as seeing the spectacular snow-capped mountains, camping beneath the stars, and strolling through verdant, forested mountains.

 

The trek is a 2 day and 1 night journey and is suitable for family and friends. This trek is ideal for those who have a deep love for mountaineering and see it as a specific calling in their lives.

 

 

Best time to visit

 

The summer months of April to June and the winter months of October to December are the ideal times to go on the Nag Tibba trek.

 

 

 

Day 1 – Pick up from Dehradun, and transfer to Pantwari via Mussoorie (approximately 90 km). Same-day trek to Nag temple which is the campsite (approximately 8 km).

 

Day 2 – Trek from the campsite to the Nag Tibba summit (approximately it will take around 5-6 hours). Return to Pantwari, enjoy lunch, and finally, drive to Dehradun (4-5 hours).

DAY 1
Get on board for a thrilling Nag Tibba trek with full enthusiasm, day 1 of the trek itinerary starts with landing in Dehradun. Our representative will meet you at Dehradun at 7 a.m, and from there you will be taken to Pantwari via Mussoorie by our car.

Reach the destination of Pantwari at 1 p.m, and have a wholesome lunch in one of the famous places of Pantwari where you will be served the local cuisine, all the meals cooked with love, and fresh ingredients sourced locally.

After a fulfilling lunch, head over to the campsite that is the famous Nag Temple and which will serve as a basecamp for the Nag Tibba trek. You will reach the campsite around 5 p.m in the evening. Spend leisure time in the base camp located amidst the beautiful mountains. A fun evening awaits you where you will be treated to a delicious dinner, followed by a comfortable overnight stay.

DAY 2
Start your second day with the ultimate Nag Tibba trek, a journey filled with adventure and fun. The trek starts from the Nag temple base camp at 4 a.m to Nag Tibba Summit (top) located at an altitude of 3084 meters.

 

Enjoy the gorgeous greenery and scenic views on the way. Get mesmerized by the mighty Himalayas, you will also get to witness the beautiful view of the Kedarnath, Badrinath, Swarga-Rohini, and Bandar Poonch.

Transfer back to the base camp at 11 a.m where you will be treated to a hearty and scrumptious lunch. After lunch, start your journey back to Pantwari and ultimately to Dehradun. This is where an amazing trek to Nag Tibba ends.

    1. You can either make the entire payment at once or pay an amount of Rs.2,000 per person in advance at the time of booking.

    2. The remaining payment to be made when you meet us at the pickup point or you can also pay at the base camp on the first day of the trek.

    3. You can make the payments for the booking via Google Pay, Phone Pay, cash, or bank transfer.

    4. The last date for the booking will be closed 5 days prior to trek departure.

Cancellation Policy

    1. In case of any emergency, or unavoidable circumstance, if you need to cancel the trek or any related activity, make sure to give us a call at +91 89795 68292.

    2. The cancellation fees will be applied beginning on the day we get a call from you regarding withdrawal of the trek, and will be as follows:

      ● Before 30 days: 90% of the total cost will be refunded
      ● Between 20−30 days: 70% of the total cost will be refunded
      ● Between 10−20 days: 50% of the total cost will be refunded
      ● Less than 7 days: No refund will be applicable

    3. Refunds are not valid in case of-

      ● Any unused services such as meals will not be reimbursed for any reason.
      ● If you leave the trek in between after we pick you up from the meeting point.
      ● If a customer is dissatisfied with any of the operator’s services.

    1. Raftaar Adventures reserves the right to alter the order of the daily itinerary without prior notice. It could vary caused by unexpected travel-related events like weather changes, landslides, changes in flight plans, or traffic delays or limitations.

    2. If we cancel the group from our end, owing to any unforeseen circumstances, we will either move the booking to one of our other fixed departure trips or refund the entire payment, excluding any flight costs that are applicable.

    3. Our team takes the highest precautions to ensure the safety of every member throughout any adventure activities. However, in the event of any unforeseen accidents, we will not be held responsible for any harm done or for any fatalities. Moreover, before the trek begins, all members must sign a disclaimer form; otherwise, they will not be permitted to take part in any of the adventure activities.

    4. The trek package will not include and entertain-

      ● No on-demand meals, you will be served with a fixed menu during the trek.
      ● Any kind of alcoholic beverages will not be included in the trek package.
